Springs Window Fashions invites aspiring engineers to join the Innovation Project Engineering Team for the Summer 2027 Mechanical Engineering Internship. The role offers hands-on project experience, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world product development tasks in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $21.00 and access to on-the-job training, online courses, and exposure to multiple functional areas from production to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with Sophomore/Junior standing.
• Mechanical Engineering major preferred.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Join Innovation project teams and work on next generation fabric tensioning solutions.
• Perform engineering calculations.
• Create product test plans to meet Spec/Scop.
• Author test procedures.
• Build and assemble prototypes.
• Perform functionality tests on products.
