Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical design software Solidworks is preferred.
• Experience with machining processes is desirable.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Previous experience with military high reliability programs is desirable.
• Ingenuity and attention to detail skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design of Electronic Safe and Arm Devices and Ignition Safety Devices.
• Participating in performance testing and manufacturability assessment.
• Performing detail design and tolerance studies.
• Preparing engineering drawings.
• Writing engineering reports and assisting in technical proposals.
• Participating in design and specification reviews.
• Planning and determining test procedures.
• Conducting laboratory experiments and investigations.
