Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Eden Prairie, Minnesota offers a summer internship on-site for rising juniors and seniors. You will complete a project from start to finish with guidance from a manager and mentor, tackling real-world challenges that impact the business.

You will collaborate with a team, connect with industry leaders and fellow interns, and attend networking events within the MTS and ITW divisions in Minnesota. Present your project to MTS leaders at the internship's end.

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Your Role

About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

• Rising junior or senior status pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Leadership and teamwork experience from extracurricular or academic activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work onsite at the Eden Prairie, MN location.
• Previous relevant internship experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid internship with hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $29.00, based on experience and qualifications.
