IMEG is hiring a Mechanical Engineering New Graduate in Naperville, Illinois to work closely with experienced engineers and consultants in delivering engineering solutions and advice to clients for positive outcomes. This entry-level role offers hands‑on design, analysis, and project execution experience, with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one.
In this role, you will assist with the design, analysis, and implementation oversight of mechanical systems for the vertical building industry while supporting project budgets and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. The team you would join supports work across healthcare and MEP projects, while advancing high-performance, energy‑efficient design aligned with MEP2050 and AIA2030.

State of Illinois Salary Range: $76,000-$78,000 per year
The range listed above represents the base pay IMEG reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position in the work location identified above at the time of posting. For positions available in multiple locations, the minimums and maximums may vary based on work location.
Individual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors, including the candidate's experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and licensure and certifications.
