Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Past co-op experience a plus, but not required.
• Completed coursework in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in project development from concept design to implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with senior staff and build lasting relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and partners; stay composed under pressure.
• Document calculations and engineering decisions for senior review.
• Communicate needs clearly in writing and in person to define requirements and record work completed.
• Encourage new ideas and collaborative problem solving to improve project approaches.
