Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks an experienced design engineer to create parts, assemblies, and installations for aircraft structures using advanced 3D CAD tools. You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize layouts and provide on-site support in hangar and flight-line settings.

The role requires a degree with relevant experience or substantial equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Proficiency in major CAD packages is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, a graduate degree with up to 2 years, or 6+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with proficiency in CAD software and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Strong CAD proficiency and ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Must be able to operate in hangar and flight line environments.
