• Perform load calcs, energy modeling, and equipment selections; create clear, code-compliant drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and owners to turn constraints into elegant solutions.
• Visit sites, solve field issues, and watch your ideas become reality.
• Grow into client-facing leadership and eventually, an ownership seat.

What You Bring

• BSME, BSEE, or related (Master's a plus).
• 3-7 years of building-systems design; EIT required, PE or eligibility preferred.
• Fluency in Revit / AutoCAD and load or energy software.
