We are seeking several Building Mechanical Engineers to perform design engineering for a variety of industrial buildings/facilities across multiple market sectors, due to a large backlog of work and continued growth, growth in our Industrial and Transportation sectors. These positions are ideal for an experienced design engineer with a strong background in HVAC, piping, ventilation and plumbing systems, particularly in high-reliability, mission-critical environments, interested in working on fast paced EPC projects with diverse engineering and construction teams.
Building types could include Federal Buildings, administration/office buildings, nuclear buildings, data centers/server rooms, battery storage, warehouses, distribution facilities, wastewater and water treatment facilities, hospitals, industrial process buildings, and transportation facilities such as bus/train stations, airport terminals and rail and maintenance facilities. You will be designing and managing fast-paced MEP designs for a diverse portfolio of projects, including coordination and collaboration with in‑house project engineers and contractors to successfully execute building estimates, conceptual designs, and construction documents and administration.

For mid‑career and Senior, this role can be based in any of the following offices: Lenexa Kansas office, Houston Texas office, or Lone Tree Colorado.
We will consider individuals with 15+ years’ Mechanical experience with EPC experience, in one or more of our market sectors for our Manhattan NY, Woodcliff Lake NJ, and Dallas/Fort Worth locations that have experience leading projects and teams, and may consider remote candidates that are uniquely qualified for this role.
We offer relocation assistance to the Lenexa/Kansas City area (our Industrial headquarters) only.
Base Compensation:$100,000/yr-$160,000
