Hydro-Gear, a world leader in precision drive solutions, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for onsite work in Sullivan, IN and nearby locations. You will design, develop, test, and validate new products and components, while supporting existing products and leading projects from concept to implementation.

We value hands-on problem-solving, strong mechanical aptitude, and collaboration across teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with internship or industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Hands-on approach with a strong mechanical aptitude and initiative.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development – design, develop, test and validate new products and components.
• Existing Product Support – provide technical support and drive continuous improvement.
• Project Management – lead engineering projects from concept through implementation.
