Markem-Imaje is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to join a global cross-disciplinary team. You will develop and validate mechanical subsystems for current and future printers, from concept to production, using Creo or equivalent CAD tools and Windchill for BOM management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years ofMechanical engineering R&D experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances, and schematics.
• Proficiency with Creo/Windchill and other CAD tools; experience with FEA/thermal testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative mechanical designs from concept through production.
• Produce 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using Creo (preferred) or other CAD tools.
• Plan and execute mechanical engineering lab experiments for design validation.
• Present designs in technical gate meetings and design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project goals.
• Drive best practices to improve team efficiency and subsystem quality.
