Job summary

Responsibilities

You will exercise independent judgment to develop and document system designs from concept plans and technical design criteria, interpreting and utilizing information provided in the basis of design, as well as information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research.

Qualifications and Skills
  • BSAE or BSME required.
  • 5‑10+ years’ experience designing HVAC building systems in technically sophisticated facilities.
  • PE License or ability to become licensed.
  • Proficiency with engineering design programs such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred.
  • Understanding of applicable design codes, standards, and specification requirements, and ability to interpret them.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and client‑focused motivation.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong ability to work independently and within team environments.
