Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry and competitors is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and work beyond the defined scope when needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce two types of engineering documents: pricing design documents and construction design documents.
• Develop conceptual design strategies and documentation.
• Provide technical support to operations teams, including research, drawings, and calculations.
• Mentor other employees within or outside the department.
• Deliver presentations to groups of three or more.
