Ideal candidates have a BSME/BSAE from an ABET‑accredited school, 1+ year HVAC design experience in complex facilities, and involvement in student activities. EIT/FE is a plus; internship in MEP consulting is preferred.

As a Mechanical Engineer I in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Within our team framework, you will initially work with and be mentored by experienced engineers and will yourself help to mentor designers. Your initial assignments will include performing load calculations, determining system sizing and layouts, calculating equipment sizes, selecting equipment, completing field surveys, and reviewing equipment shop drawings. As you gain project experience, you will take on a greater role in leading mechanical project teams, writing specifications, participating in project meetings with clients and other consultants, and supporting construction-phase work.
