As a Mechanical Engineer I, you will modify standardized motor designs to meet customer requirements using lean design principles and guidelines. The role requires a moderate level of electrical and/or mechanical motor design and analysis competency and a strong drive to learn, an enthusiasm to exceed customer expectations, and a persistence to solve complex technical challenges.
