Qualifications

• Design HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, system analysis.
• Develop solutions to improve performance, reliability, safety, and code compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Support design development through construction administration, commissioning coordination, and project closeout.
• Review project requirements, technical documents, and design criteria for successful execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure alignment.
• Conduct site visits, field investigations, and equipment assessments.
• Assist with troubleshooting during design, construction, and operations.
• Apply engineering standards, codes, regulations, and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and deliverables.
• Support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Contribute to a safe working environment and safety procedures.
