  • At least five years of relevant engineering experience, ideally involving direct manufacturing or shop-floor support.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
  • Proficiency in a 3D CAD package such as SolidWorks, Creo or an equivalent system.
  • Confidence interpreting complex engineering drawings, tolerances and technical specifications.
  • A practical approach to troubleshooting and resolving mechanical manufacturing or assembly issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians and production leaders.
  • Experience supporting quality standards within a manufacturing environment.
Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable
  • Design for manufacturability or repairability.
  • Engineering support within repair, overhaul or complex equipment manufacturing.
  • Product lifecycle management or maintenance management systems.
  • Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of engineering challenges and see the direct impact of your work on the shop floor. You will contribute to design decisions, support production and help improve how products are manufactured and maintained.
