Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Mechanical Engineer to join our onsite Marshfield team. You will provide full lifecycle engineering for mission-critical facilities, from design through commissioning, operation, and ongoing maintenance.

You will lead troubleshooting, RCA, and upgrade projects, collaborate with operations, controls, EHS, and design teams, and help improve reliability, energy efficiency, and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial, commercial, utility, data center, or similar facilities.
• Experience with mission-critical infrastructure design, operation, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle engineering for mission-critical facilities from design through commissioning and operation.
• Lead troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective actions for critical equipment and systems.
• Support design reviews, procedures, and training to drive safety and reliability.
