Responsibilities

• Designs, researches, plans, and develops mechanical products and systems for energy production, transmission, and use.
• Applies research to planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical/electromechanical systems and controls.
• Develops technical directions, designs, and drawings to support maintenance of lifting and handling equipment.
• Proficient in mechanical design and troubleshooting of high-capacity, high-cycle transmission equipment.
