Job summary

Clark & Enersen Inc. seeks a mechanical design professional for our Fort Collins, Colorado office. You will design HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire suppression systems for diverse project types and sizes.

Join a team-focused practice with opportunities across the country to influence energy-use reduction and sustainable design through integrated systems. FE is preferred but not required, with potential for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architectural Engineering (BSAE or MAE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam preferred but not required.
• 0–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in the building industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire suppression).
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants and manufacturers during design and construction.
• Work with other disciplines to deliver integrated building solutions.
• Support multiple projects and tasks as part of a cohesive team.
