Vale Matcha is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design and validate components for their automated matcha hardware platform. You will create detailed models, conduct analysis, build prototypes, and collaborate with various engineering teams for integration.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hands-on prototyping experience with 3D printing and workshops.
• Experience in food-grade or medical device environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and assemblies for Vale’s automated systems.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
• Conduct tolerance analysis, FEA, and DFM analysis.
• Build and test prototypes to validate design intent.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, and Controls engineers during integration.
