About the Role

The Hardware division at Ultrahuman has successfully launched 2 award winning wearable devices- the Ultrahuman Ring and Ultrahuman Ring Air. The team is working on the cutting edge of technology and design in health to help people understand their bodies deeper and take control of their metabolic fitness. Work and Responsibilities
  • CAD, development, and mechanical packaging for electronic hardware to meet mechanical, thermal, and structural requirements
  • Calculations and Simulations for Mechanical stress, thermal stress etc
  • Work with PCB design and electronic design engineer to arrive at optimum design and completion of project within the timeline
  • Optimize the design based on the inputs received from various simulations, vendors, manufacturing feasibility studies etc.
  • Manufacturing drawings and documents preparation
  • Take responsibilities of product developed, functions and do vendor follow-ups to deliver completed part at the end as deliverable
Primary Skills
  • BE in Mechanical with 2 to 3 years experience in Mechanical design, preferably in Mechatronics
  • Have strong Fundamentals in Mechanical design, thermal design, and mechanism design.
  • Well versed with engineering drawing conventions, drawing symbols, tolerances, drafting/detailing, GD&T, assembly drawing, BOM, DFM
  • Have good experience Using Solid works and Autodesk Fusion 360.
  • Have experience in finding, evaluating and interacting with vendors to take follow ups and delivering parts.
  • Evaluating and fine-tuning processes to optimise yield
  • Curiosity to learn, develop and implement non-standard processes as part of R&D and bring it into production
