Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with mechanical product design and development.
• SolidWorks and 3D CAD design proficiency.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including design calculations and analysis.
• Experience creating manufacturing drawings, engineering documentation, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new product development projects from concept, design, and prototyping through production release.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
• Perform engineering calculations, design analyses, and validation activities to ensure reliable and robust product performance.
• Plan and execute product testing, including development of test procedures and evaluation of results.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to support production and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement product enhancements based on performance data, customer feedback, and field observations.
• Develop engineering documentation including specifications, design records, test reports, and quality-related documents.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Product Development team in Coral Springs, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative products from concept through production, owning the full product lifecycle and seeing your designs come to life.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on product development, 3D design, testing, problem‑solving, and collaboration with manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical product design and development.

• Experience creating manufacturing drawings, engineering documentation, and technical reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full product lifecycle development from concept through launch.
• Exposure to prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Experience using ANSYS or other FEA/simulation software.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, rotating equipment, fluid systems, or industrial machinery.
• Experience working in an R&D or product development environment.
• Customer‑facing engineering experience or technical support experience.
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $72.12/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
