Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Mechanical/Application Engineer to support hydraulic filtration product lines on-site in a full-time role. You will manage CAD drawings and 3-D models, design tooling and equipment, and collaborate with customers on engineering changes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, strong communication, and the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences. Experience with Autodesk Inventor and Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience with hydraulics or filtration products is a plus.
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor is a plus.
  • Experience with Dynamics D365 is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to prepare and present technical information to in-person or virtual audiences.

  • Help develop and improve internal engineering processes and procedures.
  • Perform product testing and failure analysis and prepare technical reports.
  • Organize and maintain engineering resources, including digital and hard-copy files.
  • Support continuous improvement across engineering, quality, and manufacturing operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
