Endera is seeking an accomplished engineer to lead multiple concurrent projects within our Ohio operations. You will direct engineering efforts, review designs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with FMVSS and state bus requirements, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD, plus strong analytical and communication skills, is essential for delivering cost-effective, high-quality electric vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the engineering field is an advantage.
• FEA experience preferred.
• No sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Present engineering plans, progress status updates and situations to project stakeholders and financiers.
• Review and approve proposed engineering designs and subsequent product and process enhancements or changes.

• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes.

General Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects while ensuring their success in meeting their respective objectives.
• Implement approved engineering budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure they fall within budgets, analyzing out of budget expenses and ensuring they are offset in other areas of the project unless fully justified.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to finalize engineering project specifications.
• Present engineering plans, progress status updates and situations to project stakeholders and financiers.
• Review and approve proposed engineering designs and subsequent product and process enhancements or changes.
• Knowledge of FMVSS and State School Bus Requirements.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the pertinent engineering field is an advantage
