Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably in aerospace, robotics, or complex systems.
• Proficiency with CAD and PDM tools (e.g., SolidWorks or similar) and simulation software.
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Eligibility to work on projects requiring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings.
• Perform engineering analyses including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations.
• Develop specifications and documentation to support manufacturing and assembly.

• Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues through root cause analysis.
• Manage designs through the full engineering lifecycle, including change management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and design reviews.
• Support system integration efforts and adaptation of products for evolving applications.

The Role
