You will mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and collaborate with customers and suppliers on complex automation projects. This position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and manufacturing integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years mechanical design experience, preferably in custom automation or special machinery.
• Strong machine design experience with automated equipment.
• Experience with SolidWorks and FEA analysis.
• Knowledge of pneumatic system design and machine safety.
