The Opportunity

We're supporting an exciting medical device company in Houston, TX that is launching a brand-new molding operation, and they’re looking for a Molding Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with molding experience to lead the entire program from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute the full setup of the molding program
• Source and install plastic molding machines and CNC systems
• Recommend and implement supporting computer systems
• Develop plastic molds and injection molding processes
• Hire and build a technical team (including a future Polymer Engineer)
• Oversee installations, onboarding, and program completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in plastic mold development
• Experience launching molding programs from scratch
• Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on molding experience
• Project leadership skills and team-building experience.
