Position

Mechanical Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experiencedMechanical Engineerto support the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation equipment, with a focus on automotive manufacturing applications.

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for mechanical engineering and design, project coordination, supplier and vendor management, cost estimation, scheduling, equipment testing, and customer support. This position will also work closely with the Sales team to provide technical support and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering, pneumatic systems, 2D/3D CAD, mechanical drawings, and industrial automation, preferably within the automotive industry.

8:00-17:00(TBD) Mon-Fri

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience in mechanical engineering and industrial equipment design.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation equipment.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing automation.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers.
• Experience with equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and startup.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and customers.

• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
