Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering in daily production tasks at the Chandler CRC.
• Conduct time studies on build and test lines and help develop procedures.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive improvements.
• Help evaluate tooling, fixtures, and equipment and maintain records.
