Highland Refrigeration seeks a skilled SolidWorks Drafting Technician to join our team in Seattle. You will produce accurate electrical schematics and layouts for industrial and commercial projects using AutoCAD Mechanical and SolidWorks, with 3+ years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities include creating and modifying drawings, developing 2D/3D designs, assembling bill of materials, designing panel layouts, and ensuring documentation is complete and on schedule while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using AutoCAD Mechanical and SolidWorks.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite; read P&ID’s.
• Strong organizational skills; able to learn quickly and work in team or independently.
• Effective communication; understanding of mathematics, engineering, and refrigeration industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD Mechanical and SolidWorks.
• Develop detailed 2D/3D designs to complete drawing packages for complex projects.
• Create BOMs, panel layouts, footprints, and nameplates.
• Ensure drawings and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with engineers/project managers to meet timelines and specs.
