Insight Global is seeking 2 Sr. Mechanical Drafters to support their aerospace and defense customer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. You will translate engineering designs into CAD models and produce production-ready drawings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of drafting experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX, and is a SME in GD&T and ASME Y14.5 to determine tolerances and apply requirements to drawings. The role is based on-site in the Greater Tampa Bay area, offering opportunities to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical drafting experience using SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
• Proficient in GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Experience translating designs into production-ready drawings.

Responsabilités

• Translate engineering designs into CAD models to produce production drawings.
• Modify legacy drawings to current specifications and ensure accuracy.
• Apply GD&T and ASME Y14.5 tolerances to drawings and communicate requirements to manufacturing.
