Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Mechanical Designer to develop working drawings and manufacturing instructions, while refining existing designs and creating new solutions using SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure designs meet fabrication capabilities and project goals.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed working drawings with dimensions, materials and manufacturing instructions.
Collaborate with clients to design custom products and improve existing designs.
Support quoting by creating accurate production drawings and estimates.
Use SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and Excel to create designs and documentation.
Ensure designs align with fabrication processes and production capabilities.
Communicate with clients, PMs and teammates to ensure project success.
Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
