Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of mechanical design experience focused on automated process equipment.
• Expertise in 3D CAD modeling, specifically AutoCAD Inventor.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Familiarity with industrial mechanical design and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical design for customer-specific automated machinery and process equipment
• Create detailed 3D assemblies and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD Inventor
• Build and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Manage project deliverables to meet schedule, budget, and customer specifications
• Enforce engineering design standards and machine safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, UL)
