Job summary

American Society of Interior Designers seeks a Mechanical Designer to develop mechanical systems for diverse building projects, including commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities. You will design systems, prepare drawings, and coordinate with BIM, architecture, and MEP teams to ensure project success.

The role requires 1–4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in REVIT/AutoCAD, with a focus on creating accurate construction documents and calculations.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in mechanical engineering technology or an accredited MEP Engineering degree.
  • 1-4 years of mechanical systems design/drafting and preparation of mechanical construction documents experience.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or food & beverage facility experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD preferred.
