Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to analyze, design, and test circuit card assemblies in the power, analog, and motor control domains. Immediate start with a 12-month duration and a standard 40-hour work week, with eligibility for US Secret clearance.

You will perform simulations, document analyses, and deliver functional, tested circuit cards along with electrical schematics and validated results.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with analog electronics.
• Power electronics and/or motor control electronics experience.
• Simulation skills.
• Experience documenting technical work.
• PCB design experience.
• Any schematic capture tool experience.
• Any electrical simulation tool technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, simulation, test, and design engineering support for circuit card assemblies in the power, analog, and/or motor controls domains.
• Provide well-documented analyses.
• Deliver functional, tested circuit cards.
• Produce electrical schematics.
• Show simulation results.
