RFA Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop mechanical systems, parts, and assemblies for off-highway equipment. You will use CAD tools to create models, drawings, and prototypes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will evaluate prototypes, address design issues, and help drive product releases. A BS in Mechanical/Aerospace/Agricultural Engineering and strong communication are required; experience with Creo, SolidWorks or NX is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work or hobbies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Design mechanical assemblies, parts, and systems for off-highway and mobile equipment.
• Create parts and assemblies using 3D CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, NX).
• Create mechanical drawings, BOM information, and documentation for product release.
• Evaluate prototype products and designs for refinement through testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
