Job summary

Advance CNC Machining is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Ohio-based team. The role focuses on translating customer needs into precise designs, specs, and fabrication drawings for high-precision machined parts.

You will analyze parts, create CAD models in SolidWorks, and develop inspection plans while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high precision machined parts for customers from coast to coast including equipment manufacturers, food, drug and the aerospace and defense industries.

What You'll Do

• Analysis of sample parts and machinery
• Interpretation of technical design information
• Design of parts and mechanical assemblies as per customer requirements
• Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, and inspection plans for manufacturing
• Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members

The skills needed:

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from a bachelor's degree or other education and experience.
