Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine design within a manufacturing environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs for machinery and equipment using CAD software.
• Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
• Identify and resolve design issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Strong understanding of mechanical systems

Project management experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
