The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.

Qualifications You'll Need:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Demonstrated success in delivering quality projects utilizing design and calculation software
• Experience working as part of a team and developing other team members
• Technical expertise in mechanical discipline demonstrated through engagement in internal or external content development, presentations, etc.
• Capability to drive efficiency within mechanical discipline
