Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a design-focused engineer to develop powertrain fixtures and related tooling. The role involves translating specifications into manufacturable components, creating 2D drawings, and building 3D models using CATIA V5 and 3DExperience.

• Understanding of powertrain fixture design and associated documentation.
• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings per customer standards.
• Experience turning concepts into manufacturable equipment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for drawings and models.
• Familiarity with basic engineering calculations and problem solving.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders across North America.

• Create and manage part lists for assemblies.

• Pneumatic/Hydraulic drawings for the equipment functions

• Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
• Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
• Able to analyse problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
• Knowledge of metal removal cutting tools.
• Perform basic FEA simulation using SolidWorks
• Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across North America & Canada to
