Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Los Angeles is seeking a Mechanical Design engineer with aerospace background to drive New Product Introduction and ongoing design activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction and sustaining project engineering.
• Develop the method/process on how to flow, control and execute the task.
• Interact with the customer to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Design and development of modules and release processes.
• Track in-service reliability and investigations.
• Review non-conforming material.
• Implement production modifications.
• Segregate and triage data.
• Participate in business requirement discussions with technical input.
• Directly handle technical queries from customers.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction / Sustaining Project engineering, fulfilling the requirements of Project Engineers.
• Develop the method/process on how to flow, control and execute the task.
• Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions.
• Design and development of different modules and other release processes.
• In-service reliability tracking and investigations.
• Non-conforming material review.
• Production modifications.
• Data segregation and triaging.
• Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs.
• Directly handling technical queries from customer.
