Carlson Design Group in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Associate to join our engineering team and support routine design tasks under supervision. You will help develop Construction Documents under the lead engineer and collaborate with the project team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, 2–3 years of relevant design experience, and Revit proficiency. This role offers growth in an inclusive environment with access to advanced design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 2-3 years of related experience in a design firm or project experience.
• Competency in Revit required.

Responsibilities

• Path to licensure: full-time on the path to licensure, works under supervision and assists in design solutions and Construction Documents.
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines, manufacturers and vendors, and perform field surveys and observations with the lead engineer.
