Job summary

Foundation Llm Technologies is hiring an Individual Contributor on the Data Studio team in Boston. You will transform raw customer data into structured datasets to power model training and evaluation, applying your mechanical engineering expertise to create CAD ground-truths and quality checks.

You will collaborate across product, research, and engineering to define data schemas, annotations, and tooling, ensuring scalable, repeatable data processes and strong domain insight.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical engineering/data work for AI training and evaluation.
• Create ground-truth mechanical designs and assemblies in CAD.
• Define metadata, annotations, and dataset quality standards.
• Translate domain requirements into structured data specifications.
• Collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Ingest and structure engineering data for AI workflows.
• Produce labeled datasets, exploded views, and reference designs.
• Support tooling for annotation, data correction, and pipeline automation.
• Collaborate with customers to understand data formats and schemas.
• Deliver high-quality datasets that improve model performance.
