OnQCx in Boise, Idaho seeks a Mechanical Construction Manager to provide field oversight for mechanical scopes on large-scale projects, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
This onsite, long-term role requires 8+ years in mechanical construction leadership, reading drawings, managing risk, and traveling as needed; relocation is not required.

This role will oversee mechanical construction activities and work closely with contractors, project teams, and key stakeholders to support the successful execution of upcoming project phases. This is a long-term, onsite opportunity. Traveling candidates are encouraged to apply, and monthly per
diem is provided for qualified travelers.
Primarily on-site at construction projects, with some office work for reporting and documentation.
Travel may be required depending on project locations
