ACCIONA Energía seeks a Mechanical Engineer II – Construction to support renewable energy projects across North America. This project-site based role at Fleming Solar Farm, KY will oversee mechanical construction activities, ensure safety, and align with engineering designs and regulatory requirements.

You will act as a mechanical SME, coordinate with engineers and contractors, review designs, manage RFIs, and contribute to successful turnover to operations after commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • EIT certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of Mechanical Engineer experience.
  • Renewable energy or industrial construction experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee mechanical construction activities to meet specs, quality, and safety.
