Remotebridge is seeking a Mechanical CAD Expert contractor to support a customer project focused on advanced engineering assemblies. You will analyze native CAD data, especially FreeCAD, and contribute to training AI systems with precise, real-world input.

You will generate structured questions and answers, ensure technical accuracy, format for clarity, and collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

Scope of Work

• Analyze multi-part mechanical assemblies provided in native FreeCAD files, ensuring full understanding of component relationships and assembly design intent.
• Develop objective, non-guessable, and precise question-and-answer sets for each assigned assembly, focusing on technical accuracy and clarity.
• Create several detailed technical questions per assembly, covering mechanical functions, design rationale, and dimensional considerations.
• Format each question and corresponding answer to be unambiguous and aligned with real-world engineering standards.
• Submit high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon project parameters, maintaining clear and prompt communication with project coordinators.
• Leverage written and verbal communication skills to clarify ambiguities and collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven background in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or industrial design, with strong foundational and applied CAD knowledge.
• Expertise in interpreting and analyzing complex mechanical assemblies and engineering drawings.
