Job summary

Vincere in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Mechanical CAD Designer for large bulk material handling equipment. The role focuses on layout drawings for mineral processing plants and related systems.

You will use AutoCAD, MicroStation and Solid Edge to draft grinders, crushers, conveyors and washers on site in Tucson. TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT-HIRE with hourly pay in the $30-$45/hr range.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Design/Engineering or equivalent Trade experience.
• CAD skills with AutoCAD 2D/3D, MicroStation or similar, SolidEdge or similar high preferred
• Ideal candidate will have 8-10 years experience with design, drafting and layout of mineral processing plants and equipment including grinders, crushers, large conveying and material handling systems, washers, etc.
• Ideally experience in metals mining and structural design for process plants

Responsibilities

• Design and drafting layout drawings of mineral processing plants and related equipment.
• Use AutoCAD, MicroStation and SolidEdge CAD to create layouts for grinders, crushers, conveyors, and washers.

We have a customer in Tucson, AZ who has an IMMEDIATE long-term, TEMP-HIRE position for an experienced Mechanical CAD Designer who has experience with large material handling and plant processing equipment and layouts for the mineral processing and mining industry. In this role you will use AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION and SOLIDEDGE CAD to do design and drafting layout drawings of mineral processing plants and related equipment including grinders, crushers, large conveying and material handling systems, washers, etc.

This is a long term TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT-HIRE position for well qualified candidates.

Candidate must work on-site in Tucson office.

Pay for this position is in the $30.00 -$45.00/hr range.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
