Job summary

CarMax in Sacramento is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles, ensuring safety and quality. You will work with a skilled team in a modern, climate-controlled facility and gain hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.

Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to resolve technical challenges, upholding EH&S standards, and delivering reliable vehicle service.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems as required.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
