The role requires a current Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license, 10+ years of leadership in construction, strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license is required.
• At least 10 years of experience managing crews and multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
