Cincinnati Incorporated is hiring a Mechanical Assembler in Harrison, OH. You will read blueprints and assemble structural, mechanical, and hydraulic components to build world-class machinery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on mechanical experience, strong problem‑solving ability, and a bias for safety and quality. This role supports veterans and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous mechanical hands-on experience in an assembly environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Excellent math skills and understanding of basic concepts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow quality procedures.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Align, fit and install parts for pre-erection and final erection of products.
• Obtain parts, move them using crane, align and assemble components.
• Drill, ream, tap holes; file and grind surfaces for proper fit.
• Mount bolts, motors, valves, enclosures and other components.
• Test operation and record dimensions on inspection sheets.
• Follow EP instructions and meet engineering specs.
• Maintain safety and a clean work area.
